Welcome to the

BUSY Project

BUSY would like to see young people thrive and have hope at the heart of a community that values them.

BUSY activities are for anyone from P7 to S6 who lives around the Uphall and Broxburn areas. They take place in schools, church halls and elsewhere! Have a look below at some of the things we offer.

The Easter BUZZ Epic Holiday Programme!

Looking for the best way to kick off your spring break? If you are in P7 or above, the BUZZ Holiday Programme is the place to be. We’ve packed the first week of the holidays with high-energy games, massive tournaments, and plenty of time to hang out with friends.

From Monday, 30th March to Friday, 3rd April, we’re taking over Uphall South Church (and heading to Innoflate Livingston!) for a week you won’t want to miss.

What’s happening?

  • Sports & Games: From Football and Hockey to Rounders and Mario Kart tournaments.

  • Creative Spaces: Not a sports fan? Our craft room and board games will be open as well.

  • Big Trips: Join us for a massive afternoon of fun at Innoflate!

  • The Food: We’re finishing our days right with marshmallows by the fire and a hot dog celebration to wrap up the week.

Beyond the Games

Each day, we’ll take a moment to explore the story of Easter. Have you ever wondered why people from different nations all over the world celebrate this holiday? We’ll look at the significance behind the traditions and discover why this story still matters today.

Join the Squad!

We can’t wait to see you there! To help us get the food and activities ready, please fill out our simple Google Form below. It is really important that you let us know which specific days you plan to attend so we can make sure there’s enough food and gear for everyone.

Join us for the first week of the Spring Holidays!
