BUSY work with young people in local schools in a range of ways. Whatever is going on in a young persons life, there is something on offer by the project.

Breakfast Clubs are a great start to the day, a place to make new friends, and find a safe place to find a listening ear... and great food! Ask us if your interested.

Groupwork and Mentoring are ways of finding extra support when you need it. From activity groups, to groups for young people struggling with bereavement, these change depending on what’s needed at any one time. Get in touch for more information.

Light Clubs take place in Uphall and Kirkhill Primary Schools for young people in upper primary school to explore the bible and discover how great God is.

Transitions work if for young people in P7 who would like a little extra help moving up to secondary school.

The Monday Drop-in takes place at Broxburn Academy during Monday lunch-times. It’s a fun, safe and lively group in which to have your lunch, enjoy a chat with friends, and get involved in activities, like the annual shoe-box appeal, discussions, crafts and more.

The Chaplaincy Team includes BUSY workers, placing local christians in the academy to be a listening ear, offering Christmas and Easter workshops, and delivering assemblies and RME classes.

Check the diary for more information on any of the above, or get in touch.
